Award-winning co-wash — cleanses without the strip

CGM ApprovedProtein-FreeStep: Cleanse

Our Take

Bouclème's original co-wash and still one of the most-loved products in the range. A gentle, non-foaming cream cleanser that removes dirt and buildup while preserving the hair's natural moisture — no stripping, no lather. Voted Best Shampoo for Curly Hair at the Marie Claire Hair Awards 2019, which is a remarkable achievement for a product that technically isn't a shampoo. Works especially well for dry, thick, or high-porosity curls (3a–4c) that lose too much moisture with traditional shampoos. If you find regular shampoo leaves your hair feeling like straw, start here. A fragrance-free version is available for sensitive scalps.
